Seattle Driving Academy proudly offers a comprehensive Teen Driver Education Program designed to help young drivers build confidence, responsibility, and safe driving habits. Our program is conveniently available to families throughout South Lake Union, Fremont, Queen Anne, Wallingford, the University District, Magnolia, Ballard, Green Lake, and North Seattle.
30 hours of Classroom
5 hours Behind-the-Wheel
1 hour of observation
Knowledge Test (one attempt)
Driving Skill Test

Our state-approved Teen Driver Education course includes:
30+ hours of engaging online classroom instruction
5 professional behind-the-wheel lessons
4 hours of focused Driver Improvement training
Classes run for 5 weeks, held 3 days a week (Monday–Wednesday) for 2 hours each evening, making it easy for students to join after school. With convenient Zoom-based classes, teens can learn from home, and parents can enjoy flexible scheduling without the hassle of commuting.
Designed for busy Seattle families, our program provides structure, safety, and expert instruction for teens preparing for their Washington driver’s license. Whether you're in South Lake Union, Fremont, Queen Anne, Wallingford, the U-District, Magnolia, Ballard, Green Lake, or anywhere in North Seattle, we’re here to make the journey to becoming a safe, confident driver simple and stress-free.
